Description
With three bedrooms, sleeping up to five people, Milne offers great flexibility, whether you are looking for self-catering accommodation for a corporate let, or a family holiday. It has a large level garden, laid to lawn and is surrounded by fields. Milne and its partner house, Arden, are about 130 metres from our other eight cottages – to reach them you can either go along Hipsley Lane, or walk around the fields.
Milne’s large living room is well-lit, yet cosy. Next door is the well-equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. On the other side of the kitchen is a conservatory / dining area, seating up to eight people. Along with most rooms, this has gorgeous views of the garden and surrounding fields.
The large private garden is a fantastic space to let kids (or dogs) burn off some energy while you enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the tranquil atmosphere - or entertain yourself with a barbeque!

Additional Facilities
Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request. Newspapers, milk and groceries can be provided by arrangement. There is a well equipped Laundry room for the use of guests. Here you will also find a payphone and a selection of locally made jams, marmalades, honeys and chutneys for purchase.
From April to September there is a free nine hole putting green and throughout the year guests can enjoy the scenery, using the tracks around the farm’s fields. At the centre of the main group of cottages is a folly that can be used as a sheltered outside eating area.
